To my Facebook and Instagram followers, we are currently sold out of our firewood supply. Not to worry though, I have filled 3 IBC totes with firewood. Unfortunately, the firewood is not my standard 16 inch length cut. I purchased two truckloads of ash. The wood is various lengths ranging anywhere from 12 inches to 24 inches. Having such a non conforming firewood length causes several problems such as stacking the firewood in the IBC tote, customer dissatisfaction with odd shaped firewood,and the labor involved to cut the larger pieces into sizes that will fit inside your wood burning appliance. On the bright side, I have smaller pieces of firewood that will be perfect for your smaller size woodstoves and pizza ovens. I will be testing the firewood for moisture content. If the firewood moisture level is an acceptable level,I will be releasing the firewood for sale. I will announce availability as soon as possible.
I have contracted with several loggers to have truckloads delivered to the woodyard,The plan is to cut and split as much firewood as I can to ensure an abundance of sellable firewood.
